He was predeceased by: his spouse Beryl M. Clarke (Berwager); his parents, Wilbur F. Clarke and Catherine E. Clarke (Whiteley); and his brother Charles G. Clarke. He is survived by: his children, Michael L. Clarke, William F. Clarke (Peggy) and Catherine M. Zimmerman (Brian); his grandsons, Brandon Forrest Clarke and Michael L. Clarke, Jr.; his stepgranddaughters, Kimberly Delahanty and Rebecca Crouch; his stepgreat-grandchildren, Jacob and Katelyn Delahanty; his niece Barbara O'Donnell (Timothy); his great-nephews, Jeffery and Timothy; and his great-niece Elizabeth.
Due to the Covid-19 Pandemic, a memorial service to celebrate the life of Bill Clarke will be held at a later date.
