Thomas G. Phillips Obituary
We are sad to announce that on August 4, 2022, at the age of 75, Thomas G. Phillips (New Oxford, Pennsylvania), born in Lineboro, Maryland passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Granville Arley and Mary Vandell Phillips (Taylor). He is survived by: his wife Elaine M. Phillips (Utz); his children, Michelle M. Shamer (Matthew) of Spring Grove, Susan E. Miller (Jason) of Lovettsville, VA, Scott T. Phillips of Seven Valleys and Michael M. Phillips (Lara) of Westminster, MD; and his siblings, Robert Phillips of Hanover, Claudene Spence of Bergton, VA, Jean Weikert of Hanover and Shirley Miller (Melvin) of Hampstead, MD.. He is also survived by eleven grandchildren, five great grandchildren.
