He was predeceased by: his parents, Elmer J. Cramer and Martha Cramer (Stout). He is survived by: his children, Craig J. Cramer of South Bend, IN, Gay E. Weigand (Allen) of East Berlin and Lois C. Brown (Bob) of Alexandria, VA. He is also survived by eight grandchildren and eleven great-grandchildren.
