She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Topper and Lillian Topper (Hockensmith). She is survived by: her husband Jeff; her sons, Jeffrey A. Carpenter, Jr. (Paula) of East Berlin and Michael C. Carpenter of New Oxford; and her grandchildren, Brock, Tyson, Savannah, Autumn, Juel and Caleb.
