He is survived by: his children, Kelly Matthias (Dan) of Hanover, Angela Topper (Bob) of Fort Huachuca, AZ and Darrick Strausbaugh (Brandy) of New Oxford; his grandchildren, Mason, Layla and Seth Topper; and his children, Kelsionna, Tyler, Zachary Matthias and Zander Shultz.
Viewing was held on Friday, September 27th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Panebaker Funeral Home & Cremation Care Center, Inc. (311 Broadway, Hanover, PA 17331). A funeral service was held on Friday, September 27th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
