He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank C. Williams and Geraldine C. Williams (Ryan). He is survived by: his wife Regina L. Williams (Linton); his daughters, Rhonda L. Feiser of East Berlin, Sherry L. Rudasill (Wayne) of New Oxford, Melissa A. Huntington of Hanover and Tara R. Bolton (David) of Hanover; his grandchildren, Aaron, Sarah, Alex, Adam, Logan, Megan, Bob and Abigail; his stepgrandchildren, Kimberly and Matthew; and his sisters, Beverly Waltmyer (Dan) of Myrtle Beach, SC and Penny Jordan (Edward) of New Smyrna Beach, FL.. He is also survived by great granddaughter, another great granddaughter on the way, four step great grandchildren.
