He was predeceased by: his parents, Rose and Elwood. He is survived by: his significant other Eloise Fisher; his sons, Richard, Jr. (Casey), David (Taylon) and Joseph (Adele); his stepson Christopher Fisher; and his grandchildren, James, Khaleisi, Lyanna, Miles and Kenzie.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, March 1st 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Panebaker Funeral Home & Cremation Care Center, Inc. (311 Broadway, Hanover, PA 17331). A memorial service will be held on Saturday, March 1st 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
