He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Bless and Janet Bless (Landis); and his brother Edward Bless. He is survived by: his wife Barbara A. Bless (Becker); his children, Althea Bless of Hanover, Tanny Hugi of McSherrystown, Christopher Bless of Hanover, William Bless of McSherrystown, Jennifer Smith (John) of East Berlin, Kimberly Bless of McSherrystown and Timothy Bless of New Oxford; and his sister Linda "Christine" Stitely of Gettysburg. He is also survived by 17 grandchildren, 6 great grandchildren.
