He was predeceased by: his wife Louise M. Snoots (Guilano); his parents, Ralph Snoots and Mary Catherine Snoots (Wenner); his son Todd R. Snoots; and his brother Harold Snoots.
He is survived by: his daughter Tina J. Fuller (Art) of Ashburn, VA; his grandchildren, Gabriella Fuller and Antonio Fuller; and his brother Ronald Snoots.
