He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond A. Sibert and Esther M. Sibert (Hykes). He is survived by: his wife Connie L. Sibert (Harbaugh); his children, Vicki M. Worley (Tom) of Hanover and Steven A. Sibert of New Oxford; and his siblings, Ruth E. Dellinger, Robert L., David L. and John A. Sibert. He is also survived by 7 grandchildren.
