He was predeceased by: his parents, Randolph B. Swartz and Miriam I. Swartz (Walters); and his sister Gwendolyn Keene. He is survived by: his wife Faye L. Swartz (Rossman); and his brothers, David B. Swartz (Leona) and Steven D. Swartz (Peg). He is also survived by 9 stepchildren, numerous grandchildren.
