It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Novella Markle (New Oxford, Pennsylvania), born in White Bluff, Tennessee, who passed away on August 8, 2022, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Mckinley Griffin and Minnie Allien Griffin (Oakley). She is survived by: her husband Roger G. Markle; her children, Martha A. Boyde of New Oxford, George W. Carroll of New Oxford, Melody K. Henry of Gettysburg, Sherry L. Dickson of New Oxford, Timothy L. Brown and Willard A. Brown of York; and her siblings, Dimple Cobb and Ernest Griffin. She is also survived by ten grandchildren, eight great grandchildren, one great great granddaughter.
