She was predeceased by: her parents, Otho B Chatley and Esther M Chatley; her husband James J VanHoutte; and her brother James Chatley (Evelyn). She is survived by: her sons, Kenneth M VanHoutte (Pamela) of Gettysburg and Jeffrey J. VanHoutte of Charlotte, NC; her grandsons, Matthew C VanHoutte and Aaron M VanHoutte of Gettysburg; her nieces, Linda Ralls of Shamong, NJ, Mary Ann Hudson of Pottstown and Jeanne Terns of St. Petersburg, FL; her nephew Robert Chatley of Plano, TX; and her cousin Tom Neilly of Bradford.
Memorial contributions may be made to the McKean County SPCA, the Episcopal Church of the Ascension in Bradford or the charity of the donor's choice.
