She was predeceased by: her parents, Roy O. Coulson and Mary Hostetter Coulson; and her husband Merle G. Forney. She is survived by: her children, Carol E. Forney (Jim Smethurst) of Deerfield, MA, Julie Forney Menin of Newburyport, MA and Christopher J. Forney (Meaghan Parker) of Silver Spring, MD; and her grandchildren, Linnea, Noah and Corrina. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
