Noel of New Oxford, Pennsylvania, born in Hanover, Pennsylvania, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on May 14, 2024 at the age of 83. She was predeceased by: her husband Jack Noel; her boyfriend Ray Hull; and her parents, Nelson Lapham and Bernice Lapham (Jacobs). She is survived by: her son Paul Altland (Terri) of Spring Grove; her granddaughter Allyson Altland of Rochester, NY; her great grandchildren, Jeff Noel (Cheryl) of Kissimmee, FL and Lori Hoke (John) of York; her grandchildren, Chapin Noel, Jamie Hoke Scott, Tracie Bealer and Renee J. Hull (Sergio Johnson); and her cousin Phyllis Bartels. She is also survived by many loving extended family members and friends.
