He was predeceased by: his parents, Lloyd C. Spahr and Hazel E. Spahr (Miller); and his brother Luther C. Spahr. He is survived by: his wife Merlita Spahr (DeGuzman); his sons, Mark A. Spahr (Melissa) of Tomball, TX and Allen C. Spahr (Andrew Spahr) of Washington, D. C.; his grandchildren, Illeana M. Spahr and Elyse M. Spahr; and his siblings, William J. Spahr (Wanda) of East Berlin, Linda M. Glass, Lois A. Phillips of East Berlin and Diane M. Baker (Doug) of Hanover.
Viewing will be held on Wednesday, October 9th 2024 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Feiser Funeral Home (302 Lincoln Way W, New Oxford, PA 17350). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, October 10th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
