He is survived by: his spouse Stacy M. Livelsberger (Hubbard); his parents, Lisa A. Festerman (Rutters) of New Oxford and Stephen A. Livelsberger, Sr. of New Oxford; his children, Savanna M. Hubbard of Fairfield and Kolby L. Livelsberger of New Oxford; his siblings, Stephen A. Livelsberger, II of New Oxford and Erin P. Bollinger of New Oxford; his grandfather Donald L. Rutters of York; his nieces, Cailey, Carley and Vera; and his nephew Caleb.
