She was predeceased by: her parents, Glenn Noel and Ruth Noel (Harman); and her siblings, Robert Noel and Rosalie Blouse. She is survived by: her daughter Sherry L. Wilhelm of Hagerstown, MD; her grandchildren, Chrystle Arentz of Hagerstown, Michelle Blaski (Andre) of Hanover and Matthew Arentz of Hunterstown; and her sisters, Nancy Warren of Hanover and Shirley Prince (Michael) of York. She is also survived by five great grandchildren.
