He is survived by: his children, Annette M. Rutty, Stephanie Laidlaw (Richard), Andrew J. Rutty, Jacquelyn Smith (Brian) and Timothy M. Rutty; and his grandchildren, Aurelia, Cassandra, Devlin, Courtney, Erika, Danny, Jacob and Jordan.
