It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of JoAnn Bell of New Oxford, Pennsylvania, born in Parsons, West Virginia, who passed away on March 16, 2022, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, James Boyle and Helen Boyle (Stump); and her sister Mary Miller. She is survived by: her husband James Walker Bell; her children, Joyce Boland (Mario Ciurca) of Lady Lake, FL, Jacqueline Rapp (Gary) of Shrewsbury, PA and James S. Bell of Hanover, PA; and her brother James Boyle of Berkley Springs, WV. She is also survived by four grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren.
