He was predeceased by: his father Alfred F. Weaver; his brother Alfred F. Weaver, Jr.; and his niece Jessica Melhorn. He is survived by: his mother Regina A. Weaver (Small) of New Oxford; his daughters, Erika L. Bowman of Gettysburg, Jenna K. Weaver of Logan, WV and Leana R. Miller of Gettysburg; his grandchildren, Kiera Bowman and Dedrick Bowman; and his sister Donna L. Melhorn of Gettysburg.
