It is with great sadness that we announce the death of James H. Seamans (New Oxford, Pennsylvania), born in Westfield, Pennsylvania, who passed away on March 28, 2023, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Howard Seamans and Arletta Lamphier (Hancock); and his sister Betty Fay. He is survived by: his wife Donna C. Seamans (Carpenter); his children, Douglas J. Seamans (Teresa) of New Oxford, Jeffrey S. Seamans (Pat) of Owego, NY, Craig D. Seamans (Amy) of Bloomsburg and Gerri A. Seamans (Eric) of Gettysburg; and his siblings, Richard Seamans of Bay City, MI, Jerry Seamans of Lexington Park, MD, Eva Fay of Potter Brook and Lois Myers of Gettysburg. He is also survived by five grandchildren, nine great grandchildren.
