He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Breighner and Dorothy Breighner (Weaver); and his brothers, Robert Jr., William and Thomas Breighner.
He is survived by: his wife Barbara A. Breighner (Hoffman); his daughters, Victoria Collins (Christopher) of New Oxford and Debra Reifsnider (Jon) of Keymar, MD; his grandchildren, Mitchell Collins (Ashley), Rebecca Conrad (Kyle), Andrew Collins and Sarah Brentlinger (Jon); and his great grandchildren, Madison Conrad and Baby Collins.
