He was predeceased by: his wife Carol E. Zook (Figart); his parents, Harvey J. Zook, and Velva Zook, Sr. (Olberholtzer); and his siblings, Grace Barnick and Avery Zook.
He is survived by: his sons, Harvey J. Zook, III (Rose) of Orrstown and Joseph L. Zook of Tulsa, OK; and his grandchildren, Steven Brenize, Joseph Brenize, Sarah Zook, Katherine Mayo and Emily Upchurch. He is also survived by eight great grandchildren.
