Borger of Gettysburg and Cynthia L. Lowe (Greg) of Abbottstown; his granddaughters, Natalie and Elizabeth Lowe (Libby); and his brother Byron Borger (Beth) of Dallastown, PA. He is also survived by many cousins, family members, and friends.
