Keplinger of New Oxford, Pennsylvania, born in Petersburg, West Virginia, who passed away on December 24, 2020, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Victor Calvin Keplinger and Genevieve C. Keplinger Hall (Lewis); his stepfather John Oliver Hall; and his sister June Mallow (Keplinger). He is survived by: his wife Rita V. Keplinger (Smith); his children, Tammy Hughes Strasbaugh (Steven), Evers Keplinger, Jr. (Tina), Victor A. Keplinger and Kathy Weaver (Jeff); his grandchildren, Bradley Hughes (Kristy), Ryan Hughes (Laura), Jason Keplinger, Jenny Goff (Thomas), Kimberly Kern (Jared), Jessy Weaver, Shawna Weaver, Kayla Keplinger and Drew Weaver; his great grandchildren, Kylee, Emet, Jeremy, Cade, Cameron, Charles and Gwendolyn; and his siblings, Penny Rohrer (Dennis), Allan D. Hall (Betsy), Sharon Livelsberger and Rodney Hall (Sally). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Due to COVID-19 guidelines and in compliance with health and public safety directives, those attending the viewing will be required to wear masks and social distance.
