We are sad to announce that on January 5, 2023, at the age of 91, Eugene R. Geesey of New Oxford, Pennsylvania, born in Dallastown, Pennsylvania passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Luther Geesey and Rose Geesey (Jennings); and his sister Ruth Geesey Stabley. He is survived by: his wife Barbara; his children, Cynthia (Richard Jarvis), David (Wendy Heagerty), Ann (Jim Loder), Beth (Steve Birch), Sue Geesey-Jean (Albert Jean) and Joe (late Ruth); his grandchildren, Nathan, Sonia Anastasi (James), Ryan Hoffman (Alexandra) and Andrew Hoffman; and his great grandchildren, Owen, Mason and Lily Anastasi.
Memorial donations may be made in Eugene's name to the York County History Center, 250 E. Market Street, York, PA 17403, the St. Jude Children's Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105, or to the Shriner's Hospital, 2900 Rocky Point Dr., Tampa, FL 33607-1460.
