She was predeceased by: her parents, Raymond Franklin Ruby and Edna Marie Ruby (Hare); her husband Leonard E Garder; and her siblings, Helen Ruby, Mary Harris, Dorothy Hale, William D. Ruby, Carroll F. Ruby, Gladys O'Connor, Arthur Ruby and Russell Ruby.
She is survived by: her daughters, Vonnie L Cullison (Douglas) and Cullison of Manheim, PA; and her brother Paul Ruby of Nokesville, VA.
Visitation was held on Sunday, February 2nd 2025 from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Eckhardt Funeral Chapel (3296 Charmil Dr, Manchester, MD 21102). A funeral service was held on Monday, February 3rd 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location. A graveside service was held on Monday, February 3rd 2025 at 11:00 AM.
