He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Kramer and Mildred Kramer (Holler). He is survived by: his wife Karla M. Kramer (Hall); his children, Todd Kramer (Stacey), Mark Kramer (Lauren), Anne Bakner (Brent) and Beth Mensinger (Terry); his stepdaughter Erin Shaw; and his siblings, Jeff Kramer, Dawne Kramer, Becky Schuhart (Mike) and Dave Kramer (Lisa). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
