He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert Rhine and Mary Rhine (Hilgartner). He is survived by: his children, Erica West (Tony), Lindsay Rhine (Shawn) and Meghan Rhine (Ben); his grandchildren, Owen, Kennedy, Rylynn, Zayden, Logan, Lucas and Maddox; and his sister Linda Littriello (Frank).
Viewing was held on Wednesday, April 9th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Murphy-Beck Funeral Home and Cremation Service, Inc. (501 Ridge Ave, McSherrystown, PA 17344).
