He was predeceased by: his parents, Claude Hoff and Harriet Hoff (Shielke); and his brother Harry Hoff. He is survived by: his wife Cindy F. Hoff (Dennis); his daughters, Lacey Shearer (Jeremiah) of New Oxford and Amber DeShong (Joey) of New Oxford; his grandchildren, Callie Hoff, Kendall DeShong, Elijah Shearer and Addison DeShong; his great grandchild Adalyn Snyder; and his siblings, Barb Lebo, Delores Hoff and Jan Hoff.
