Blocher Jr. of New Oxford, Pennsylvania, born in Hanover, Pennsylvania, who passed away on February 16, 2022, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence W. Blocher, Sr. and Anna C. Feeser Blocher. He is survived by: his wife Margaret A. Gardner Blocher; his children, Barbara A. Graziano (Jeffrey) of Harrisburg, Connie J. Myers of Raleigh, NC, Daniel W. Blocher (Donna) of Lake Oswego, OR and Russell W. Blocher (Susan) of Houston, TX; his granddaughters, Sara K. Petrouskie (Tyler), Amelia G. Graziano and Alexandra C. Blocher; his great grandchild Owen R. Petrouskie; and his sister June E. Bitzer. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
