He was predeceased by: his father Elmer "Willie" Parker. He is survived by: his wife DeAnn; his children, Danay, Meghanne and Reid; and his siblings, Deanna Minix (Rob), Art Parker (Pam) and Elmer Parker (Julie).

Due to Covid Restrictions there will be no Services at this time.

In lieu of flowers, please donate in Bob's name to your local Humane Society or Animal Shelter.
