He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond L. Sr. Crouthamel and Edna [Kehley] Crouthamel; and his brother David Crouthamel. He is survived by: his wife Denise Crouthamel of New Milford, PA; his niece Jill Crouthamel-Halt (Brian) of West Falls, NY; and his nephew Neil Crouthamel of South Wales, NY. He is also survived by three great-nephews.
