He was predeceased by: his parents, John Phillips and Marion Phillips. He is survived by: his children, Kitrina Kanaris (Shaun) and Joshua Phillips; and his siblings, John, Dave, Richie, Sam, Patty, Smokey (Martha) and Pearl. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
