He was predeceased by: his nephew Matthew; and his grandfather Robert Alexander. He is survived by: his parents, Susan Alexander Sager (Michael LePre) and Allen Sydlosky; his stepfather James Sager; his siblings, Lisa Sydlosky, Leslie Sydlosky-Carey, Rory Maginley (Debbie) and Paul Maginley (Sherrie); his grandmother Joyce Alexander; and his nieces and nephews, Patrick, Alex, Brianna, Kyle, Elliot, Sully, Alexi, Kilian, Dakota and Samantha. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, and cousins.
