He was predeceased by: his son Timothy; his brother Charles Millard; and his niece Bethany Millard. He is survived by: his wife Judith; his children, Ryan Millard (Amie), Misty Susavage (Frank), Adam Millard (Ashley), Rachel Millard, Eric, Jillian Millard, Alexandrea Millard and Cameron; and his siblings, Marcia Kutz, Joyce Moser (Bill) and William Millard. He is also survived by 20 grandchildren; and a great grandchild.
