He was predeceased by: his father George E. Seamans; his former wife Carol M. Seamans; and his sister Ethel Swartz. He is survived by: his wife Linda M. Travis Smith Seamans; his daughters, Stacy Moran, Jennifer Glover (Steve) and Kimberly George; his grandchildren, Casandra Moran, Amanda Brewer, Paul Glover, Katie Glover, John George and Amber George; his great grandchild Owen Brewer; his siblings, Doris Sainato (Bob), Hollis Seamans (Diane), Bruce Seamans (Marion) and Kenneth Seamans (Suzan); and his brother-in-law John Swartz.
In lieu of flowers the family asks that donations be made to the Harford Fire Company and the First Universalist Church in Brooklyn, PA.
