He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold and Ina Turrell; his stepfather Rupert Turrell; his brother Dwight Jesse; his children, Tina Sieben and James Jesse; and his grandsons, Cody Steffani and Tyler Cisneros.
He is survived by: his wife Dee; his children, Dawn Busch, Penny Steffani (Deon), MiChel Bickford (Mat) and Bobbie McCain (Todd); his grandchildren, Jeromy, Jessie, Riley, Judy, Ashley, Michael, Devan, Paul Jr., Brandon, Raelene, Coleman and Leigha; his great grandchildren, Deron, Kolten, Sawyer, Kendra, Shelby, Logan, Kylee Rose, Jeremiah, Carmine and Tristan; his sister Anne Rost (John); and his great grandchild Gryffin Xavier. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews, and very dear cousins.
