He is survived by: his mother Doris Phillips; his children, Joshua Hartman and Alexandra Loukas (Austin); his grandson Odin Loukas; his stepchildren, Anthony Dorunda, Robert Dorunda, Ashley Onyon and Michael Dorunda; and his siblings, J. Michael Phillips (Wanda), Richard Phillips (Sharon), Lisa Wotjkowski (Stan) and Charles Deyo. He is also survived by numerous loving aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, and nephews.
