She was predeceased by: her husband John F. Bare; her parents, Walter G. Sheets and Nettie Burkett Sheets; her grandson Stephen John Bare; and her siblings, Raychella Bennett, Willard, Richard and Donald Sheets.

She is survived by: her children, Kimra G. Snyder of Peach Bottom and Stephen J. Bare of Lincoln University; her grandchildren, Karrah, Kayla, Kristi and Sarah; her great grandchildren, Ryan, Carson and Asher; and her siblings, Willeen Fortner of Jefferson, NC, Beverly Waddell of Jefferson, NC, Leanna Harlan of Nottingham, Douglas Sheets of Jefferson, NC. and Frank Sheets of Jefferson, NC..

In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to the Stephen J. Bare Scholarship Fund, c/o Fulton Bank, 861 W. Baltimore Pike, West Grove, PA 19390 or in person at any Fulton branch.
