He was predeceased by: his parents, Wiley Kelley and Helen Kelley. He is survived by: his wife Kimberly Kelley (McClung); his children, Leyanna Watson (Jack), Matthew Kelley (Cheryl), Wesley Kelley (Patrina) and Lisa Billingsley (JD); and his siblings, Julie, Dick and Tommy. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Thursday, January 16th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the R. J. Slater Funeral Home (1000 Freeport Rd, New Kensington, PA 15068). A funeral service was held on Thursday, January 16th 2025 at 12:30 PM at the same location.
