He was predeceased by: his parents, Hugh Dugan and Catherine Cushing Dugan; his wife Emma Jean Dugan; and his brother Hugh Dugan. He is survived by: his children, Karen Huy (Dennis) of Ohio, Debbie Tabacheck (Tim) of Cheswick and Bill Dugan (Christine) of Latrobe; and his sister Margaret Campbell of Irwin. He is also survived by nine grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren.
