She was predeceased by: her parents, Chester Lesczynski and Marie Lesczynski (Steblick); her husband Frank O. Polliard; her son F. Kevin Polliard; and her brother Fred Leslie.
She is survived by: her daughter Kimberly Merryman of Dover; her grandsons, Cody Merryman of Dover, Tyler Merryman (Shaye) of Dover and Jevenson Villanueva (Nicole) of Red Lion; her great grandchildren, Landon Merryman and Nova Villanueva; her siblings, Ronald Leslie (Marlene) of Natrona Heights and Rita Leslie of Saxonburg; and her sister-in-law Geri Leslie of Natrona. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
