She was predeceased by: her parents, Michael (Pota Kidonis) and Ken-Hi; her husband John G. Polarinakis; her siblings, Angie and Gus; and her daughter-in-law Barbara Polarinakis.
She is survived by: her children, George Polarinakis (Joanne), Penny Lotz (Gary) and John M. Polarinakis; and her grandchildren, Nicole Tudor (Jason), Amanda Melius (Robert), Hillary Adams (Kevin), Stuart Lotz (Meg), Michael Polarinakis (Merideth) and John Polarinakis. She is also survived by eight loving great grandchildren.
