She was predeceased by: her parents, John Panfil and Mary Panfil; her husband Stephen J. Mandak; her son Paul A. Mandak; and her siblings, Anne Saletra, Stella Godleski, John Panfil and Henry Panfil.
She is survived by: her sons, Stephen J. Mandak Jr. of New Kensington and Edward Mandak (Mary Jane) of Plum; and her granddaughters, Angela Kilby (Tim) of High Point and Kathy Wedge (John) of Mill Run.
