He was predeceased by: his parents, Victor K. Babinsack Sr. and Genevieve McGuire Babinsack Motosicky; his stepfather Clement Motosicky; his son Douglas Neal Babinsack; his great grandchild Douglas Babinsack III; and his sister Sharlene Alcorn.
He is survived by: his wife Kathleen E. Bosak Babinsack; his children, Todd Allen Babinsack of New Kensington and Vicki Shultz (Clinton) of Orlinda, TN.; his grandchildren, Douglas Jr., Rashell, Jay, Luke, Zachary, Jacob, Helen, Emma (Hunter), Abigail and Lauren; and his siblings, Jane Crocker of Franklin Twp and Ed Motosicky (Mary) of Upper Burrell. He is also survived by five great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers the family suggests donations made in his name to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
