Velma Myers Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Velma Myers (New Kensington, Pennsylvania), who passed away on December 25, 2023 at the age of 94. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Louis Farkas and Julia Gawl Farkas. She is survived by: her husband Norman Wesley Myers; her children, Sharon Chizar (Steve) of Mechanicsburg and Dennis Myers (Joyce) of Upper Burrell; her grandson Zach Chizar (Laura) of Brittany Chizar, D. J.; and her great grandchildren, Ryan Myers and Andrew Chizar.
In lieu of flowers the family suggests donations made in her name to breast cancer research or the Alzheimer's Association.
