With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Thomas Slosky II (New Kensington, Pennsylvania), born in Brownsville, Pennsylvania, who passed away on June 10, 2023 at the age of 61. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Slosky Sr. and Francis (O'Brokta); and his granddaughter Gabriella Syput. He is survived by: his fiancée Heidi Corwin; his children, Thomas Slosky III (Rachel) and Angela Syput (Ben); his siblings, Lori Lewandowski (Jan) and Christopher (Kelli); his former wife Diane Giampaolo; and his grandsons, Cash Syput, Cyril Slosky, Leo Syput and Enzo Syput.
