He was predeceased by: his parents, Andrew Bibza and Mary Makara Bibza; and his siblings, Gene Bibza and Maryanne Nyland. He is survived by: his wife Genny L. Lavorini Bibza; his children, Theodore "Scott" Bibza of Lower Burrell, Kevin Bibza (Dorothy) of Lower Burrell, Anne Neville (Michael) of Lower Burrell and Michael Bibza of Lower Burrell; his stepchildren, Traci Evans (Jay) of Ford City and Andrea Lettrich (Kevin) of Lower Burrell; his grandchildren, Alec, Kate, Colin, Ryan, Anthony, Allee and Samantha; his stepgrandchildren, Seth (Becky), Shane (Taylor), Genna, Jordan, Brendan, Hannah (Dustin) and Kate; and his stepgreat-grandchildren, Thea, Lilian, Dexter and Lincoln.

In lieu of flowers the family suggests donations made in his name to cancer research at St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
